Great happy hour. Outside of happy hour the prices are good and the menu is large. Easy fast casual dining.
Great mix of Japanese and Chinese with Latin accents. Drinks are strong Serve is fast and friendly.
The food was beyond delicious! I went on a Monday night and it was not busy, but had great service still. There is a "busier" bar side with loud music and flashing lights and a calmer sit down side for whatever mood you're in. Will definitely be returning! The bento box was huge!
The food is spectacular and the ambience is deeply lovable. The happy hour prices and appetizers and cocktails... it's being overwhelmed with good stuff. Make yourself feel welcome at this place. Perhaps you will stay for some live music or karaoke. Just go, okay? Jesus will take care of you.
Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Ambience: 5/ 5 | Value: 5/5 | Drinks: 2/5 Ordered some Maki rolls during their happy hour. Most of their rolls on the happy hour are the Latino Fusion ones, which depending if thats what you like might be a great spot. Their California and Shrimp Tempura rolls were very good and tasted pretty fresh. Also ordered their edamame and pork gyoza which, both were 5/5. My only critique is the drinks. We ordered a margarita and mojito. Both were very sweet and barely drinkable. The margarita tasted like it was from a mixer and the mojito was just very sweet. The service and atmosphere was overall very great and lively. if you want a quiet place, don't go here but if you're up for some music, maybe a little too loud, go here haha.
I had an amazing time at this restaurant! I came here for a small birthday party and they gave us the best table; a private section, just because. The servers were insanely nice. All the food was delicious, as were the drinks. They also gave us free shots and surprised us with a birthday cake. A fantastic night all in all. They made us feel special. I love the vibe of this place, the music is great and there is a classy feel to the whole restaurant. What a gem!
This is one of my go to for happy hour in the neighborhood. Food is good and so are the drinks. This is a solid good place
1/1 Ambience; 1/2 Food; 1/1 Service; 0.5/1 Value I've had takeout from Geisha Sushi in the past, but this was my first time dining in with a friend. The restaurant itself is spacious, clean, and well maintained. Even with music blasting on the street outside, they maintained a quieter and pleasant atmosphere within. The staff was lovely, inviting, and efficient in their service. We had the roti canai, the tuna roll, the spicy shrimp cucumber roll, and the spicy girl roll. The roti itself was light, flaky and delicious without greasy residue but the curry had little chicken and lacked the bold flavors and spice one would normally expect in the dish. The two regular sushi rolls were fresh and satisfying, although on the blander side as compared to the times I've had takeout before (perhaps an off day?). We both loved the special spicy girl roll, however, given the nice kick delivered by the jalapeño and spicy sauce! Overall, this was a good experience for a spontaneous dinner, although I think the takeout was better. Prices are definitely steeper for the area and the portion size, especially for the special rolls and sushi/sashimi a la carte. Still, I would recommend this restaurant.
If you're in the area and looking for a good spread of sushi options and heavy poured drinks, then this is a spot to add to your list! Ordered 4 types of sushi or of the myriad that's offered and every one of them was flavorful and fresh! Drinks are super strong so beware! We went during the week and there wasn't a crowd at all, but had to take down one star because the service was a bit slow and the waitress was busy on her phone most of the time. Overall great place for sushi in the area.
